The Service provides AI-assisted accounting functionality including transaction categorization, invoicing, expense tracking, bank sync, reporting, and predictive insights. Feature availability may change at our discretion.

3. Accounts and registration

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and maintain account security.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

7. AI, accuracy & user responsibility

The Service uses machine learning and automated processing. Outputs (e.g., categorizations, suggested journal entries, tax calculations) are provided for convenience and are not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying financial records and tax filings.

8. Third-party integrations

By connecting third-party services (banks, payment processors), you authorize us to access and process that data under this Privacy Policy. Third-party terms may apply.

9. Data retention & backups

We retain data to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. You may export or request deletion of your data subject to verification and legal retention requirements.
